This the 27th day of August, A. D. 1953, came on to be opened, the bids of Jack Hampson,
L. B. Hough, Jr., and J. T. lilliarns, far the installation of a gas line extending and attached
to the building of the Public 'Pdeigher of Precinct ~1. It appearing to the Caurt that Jack Hamp-
son bid the stun of X55.00, L. B. Hotagh, Jr., the sun of X60.00, and J. T. '~Jilliams, the sum of
N65.00, and in the apinion of the Court, such bid should be awarded to Jack Hampson, at the can-
tract price of x`55.00. Therefore, by motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by Gaff, and unanimous
ly approved by the Court, that Jac}: Hampson be awarded the contract to install a gas line, con-
sistin~; of one outlet in the office of the Public ;9eigher of Precinct ~l, at the contract price
of X55.00.

ty to communicate with the office of Public ;'teigher of Precinct #l, and that it would be bene-
ficial to the public to make such installation. °dYterefore, the Caurt is of the opinion that
V. D. Powell, Commissioner of Precinct ~2, should be authorized to make the proper contacts with
the Kerrville Telephone Cor.:pany, to make such installation. Therefore, by motion duly made by
Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and unanimously appraved by the Court, that V. D. Powell, Commissioner
of Precinct ~2, be authorized to have a telephone installed in the office of Public ','deigher, Pre-
cinct ~1.
