ficial to the public to make such installation. wherefore, the Court is of the opinion that
V. D. Powell, Commissioner of Precinct ~2, should be authorized to make the proper contacts with
the Kerrville Telephone Company, to make such installation. Therefore, by motion duly made by
Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court, that V. D. Powell, Comu,.issioner
of Precinct ;~2, be authorized to have a telephone installed in the office of Public ;'leigher, Pre-
