D. 1953, came on to be presented to the Court, the necess- ity to enter an order IQunc Pro Tunc, as of August 27th, A. D. 1953, to accept field notes on Election Precincts Nos. 16 and 18, and to designate Starkey School House, as polling place for I~ Election Precinct No. 18. ;'therefore, the Court directed the Election Board to present the field notes on the hereinbefore mentioned election precincts by August 27th, and '~~'hereas, same was complied Wraith, and it was the intention of this Court to enter an order accepting same and desig- nating the polling places thereof. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie,
