This the 1st day of September, A. D. 1953, came on to be presented to the Court, the necess- ity to enter an order Nunc Pro Tunc, as of August 27th, A. D. 1953, to accept field notes on Election Precincts Nos. 16 and 18, and to designate StarY,ey School House, as polling place for I" Election Precinct No. 18, i'dherefore, the Court directed the Election Board to present the field notes on the hereinbefore mentioned election precincts by August 27th, and ':dhereas, same was complied with, and it was the intention of this Court to enter an order accepting same and desig- nating the polling places thereof. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, '~n~~ and unanimously approved by the Court, that the field notes of Louis Domingues, County Surveyor, comprising Election Precinct No. 16 and No. 18, be accepted and ordered established, and the designation of Starkey School House and American Pure ~~.ilk Company Building as polling places for Election Precincts Nos. 16 and 18, respectively.
