September, A. D. 1953, at the Court House thereof, in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular

seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the minutes be approved as read
and corrected.

This the 14th day of September, A. D. 1955, came on to be considered by the Court, the
claims and accounts filed against Kerr County, since the last term of this Court, against the
General Fund, R. & B. ;11, R. & B. J~2, R. & B. '~3, R. & B. ~4, R. & B. R. u"J. Fd. F. T:7. 1273, R.
& B. R. :+1. Fd. F. .;?. 689, and Road and Bridge Fttnd, and the necessity to confirm the weekly pay-
roll of the laborers as per sworn affidavit filed vaith the County Clerk for the weeks of August
15th, 22nd, 29th, and September 5th and 12th. It appearing to the Court that said claims and
accounts filed against each fund should be paid, and that the payment of the labor bills as per
svaorn affidavit filed with. the County Clerk for the weeks of August 15th, 22nd, 29th, and Sept-
ember 5th and 12th, be confirmed as paid. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by
Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed
to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer on all claims filed in like amounts therefor, pay-
able out of respective funds to the parties entitled thereto; that the labor bills be confirmed
as paid, for the weeks of August 15th, 22nd, 29th, and September 5th and 12th.
