ly report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Frecinet ;;E2, of Kerr County, Texas, covering
the month of August, 1953, of criminal care.; filed, vritnesses, judgments and jury fees collected,
sho~rring a sum of 758.70, collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling hi!n to a
fee of 730.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct, and that said
officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore, by motion duly made by ^
Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be approved,
and that the County Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to nay the fee of 730.00 to Judge Pringle,
to-wit: 720.00 out of the General Fund and ?10.00 out of the Road and Fridge Fund of Kerr County.

the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and that the City of Kerr-
ville should be billed for one-half of the deficit of 726.90, which would be in the amount of
713.45 due Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unani-
mously approved by the Court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk be, and is here-
by directed to bill the City of Kerrville for one-half of the deficit of 726.90, being 713.45, ~^
