It appearing to the Court that the appointment of such deputy would not be an ex.- pense to the County and that such appointment should be confirmed. Therefore, by motion duly ^ made by Bartel, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said deputation should be confirmed ~:vith no expense against the County, with said appointment to be effective from date hereof and shall continue in full force and effect by the direction of said Sheriff, or other;vise terminated. o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 6266.
