D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the de- putation presented by Oliver T:Ioore, Sheriff, for the appointment of Clarence :Tyde as a Special Deputy Sheriff, as a convenience to Clarence Hyde and others, to act in such capacity on a non- salary basis. It appearing to the Court that the appointment of such deputy would not be an ex- pense to the County and that such appointment should be confirmed.
