D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the de- putation presented by Oliver .T.Ioore, Sheriff, for the appointment of Clarence Hyde as a Special Deputy Sheriff, as a convenience to Clarence Hyde and others, to act in such capacity on a non- salary basis. It appearing to the Court that the appointment of such deputy would not be an ex- pense to the County and that such appointment should be confirmed. Therefore, by motion duly ^ made by Bartel, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said deputation should be confirmed with no expense against the County, with said appointment to be effective from date hereof and shall continue in full force and effect by the direction of said Sheriff, or other,~aise terminated. o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 6266.
