claims and aocounts flied against Kerr County, canoe September 14th, 1953, against the General
Fund, R. & B. f/2, and R. & B. #3. It appearing to the Court that said claims are true end bus
and should be allowed out of the rea pact ive Hinds. Therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie,
seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, and the County Clerk be, and is her
by directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer on ell claims ailed in like amounts
therefor, payable out of the respective funds to the parties`'ent ailed thereto.
