Lewis Equipment Company. tiNherefore, the Court is of the opinion that such order should be modified directing the County Clerk and County Treasurer to draw voucher in the sum of X5200.00 instead of 4200.00 out of the Road and Bridge Fund, for one rebuilt Allis-Chalmers AD-4 motor grader, serial No. 2992, motor No. 4A-2120, with scarifier No. 1G-606, with 104 h.p. G. M. Diesel engine, instead of one rebuilt Allis-Chalmers AD-3 motor grader serial No. 1F-814, motor No. 371-22945. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that Commissioners' Court Order No. 6276 be modified to purchase one rebuilt Allis-Chalmers AD-4 motor grader, serial No. 2992, motor No. 4A-2120, with scarifier No. 1G-606, with 104 h.p. G. h.. Diesel engine, and that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to issue check in amount of X5200.00 in favor oP H. ifJ.
