RELINQUISHMENT ON DEDUCTION OF SOCIAL SECURITY AND REIP+IBURSEPJIaTT THEREOF TO NEWTON C. S^JHARTON. This the 29th day of September, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the re- .~. quest of Newton C. 'Nharton, and the recommendation of Mr. Atlee to cease deductions of Social Security on the salary of the part-time employment of Newton C. Wharton. Wherefore, the Court has heretofore entered into a contract with the State Department of Public Welfare to withhold Social Security on full-time employees on a salary or fee basis, excluding salary on any part- time or on an emergency basis; and whereas, at the request of Newton C.
