of all moneys and fees collected by Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, belonging to officers, wit-
nesses, or other persons, remaining in his hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto
for the quarter ending September 30th, 1953, as held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust
Fund in the amount of X7793.17, and it appearing to the Court that said report is in due form
and should be approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unan-

actual and necessary expenditure of X671.00 incurred by him in the conduct of his office during
said month, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be
approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved
by the Court for such expenditures therein.

This the 12th day of October, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
report of Guy Powell, County Agent of Kerr County, covering his services for the month of Sept-
ember, 1953, and it appearing to the Court that said report should be approved; therefore, by
motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously appm ved by the Court, and
ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.

showing an actual and necessary expense of X75.00 incurred by him in the conduct of the Office
of the County Superintendent for the month of September,.1953, and it appearing to the Court
that such expenditures should be approved. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by
Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court for such expenditures therein.

COURT, PRECINCT #4.
This the 12th day of October, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
report of Hugh B. Engelman, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #4, of Kerr County, Texas, covering
the month of September, 1953, of criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and 3ury fees collec-
ted showing a sum of X47.65 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to
a Pee of X24.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct, and that
said officer is entitled to his fees, and that same should be paid. Therefore, by motion duly
made by GofY, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be
approved, and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the Pee of 24.00 to Judge
