O-O-O-O-O ~4-O No. 6313. CANCELLATION OF TAX RENDITIONS UNDER RECEIPTS NOS. 4763 AND 4763, IN THE NAb?E OF THE HEIRS OF C. B. BILLINGTOIvT, DECEASED. This the 13th day oP October, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court the request of Eugene Abbott, representative for the heirs of C. B. Billington, requesting the cancellation _ of the 1953 tax rendition on mineral interest against said estate, as said rendition erroneously renders various mineral interests on various surveys of which the estate has no interest therein. Wherefore, the Court is oY the opinion that said cancellation should be granted and that the Tax Collector should issue a supplemental rendition on the correct surveys and mineral interests, in- eluding the correct valuation thereof. Therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Bartel, the vote having carried as Powell did not vote, that the Tax Assessor and Collector be authorized to cancel and issue a supplemental rendition on the correct acreage, mineral interest and values thereon.
