D. 1953, and it appearing to the Court that said report should be approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approv- ed by the Court, and ordered Piled by the County Clerk for future reference. o-o-o-o-o -o-o No. 6316. INCREASE PETIT JURY SERVICE FROM X4.00 TO $5.00 FOR COUNTY AND DISTRICT COURTS. This the 13th day of October, A. D. 1953, came on to be presented to the Court by Ross E. Doughty, District Judge, the authority of the Commissioners' Court, at their discretion, to in- crease the 3ury service for the County and District Courts from $4.00 to X5.00, and pay for meals when held over at night on felony cases, as passed by the 53rd Legislature. Wherefore, the Court is of the opinion that such services should be increased to X5.00. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court that the Petit Jury Service for the County and District Courts should be increased and allovaed in the amount of $5.00 per diem and that the County is to pay for each Petit Jurors' meal when held over at night on felony cases. o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 6317. TRANSFERS AMID APPORTIODSMENTS. This the 13th day of October, A. D. 1953, after motion having been duly made by Goff, second• ed by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to apportion the sum oP 9600.00 Por two months, out of the Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts, to-wit: Road and Bridge No. 1....$2800.00 Road and Bridge No. 2....2000.00 Road and Bridge No. 3....1600.00 Road and Bridge No. 4...,3200.00 the sum of X400.00 being considered credited to Precinct No. 1, to apply on the payment of mach- inery previously purchased and paid out of the General Road and Bridge Fund in the original amount oP 5200.00, thus leaving a balance oP X4800.00 due to the R. & B. Fund by R. & B. #1, as set out in Commissioners' Court Order No. 6280. The County Clerk and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to make the following transfers, to-wit: 1. $2.68 from F.
