H. bolter, Commissioner Precinct #3; therefore, by motion dulq made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie,
and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw
voucher against Road & Bridge Precinct #3 in favor of Chas. Schreiner Bank, Uninc., for the pay-
ment of $3291.60 together with X394.99 interest and being in the aggregate of X3686.59 to apply
on the payment of said machinery contract.

No. 6319. AUTfiORITY TO PURCHASE FORTY-THREE MISSING VOLUT,'fES OF THE SOUTH WESTERN REPORTER.
This the 13th day of October, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court, the need
to replace missing w lames in the County Legal Library. It appearing to the Court that there
are presently forty-three volumes oP the Texas Edition of the South Vdestern Reporter missing and
that H. T. McBrayer is desirous of replacing such volumes at the cost of $202.10, which in the
discretion of the Court, should be purchased and paid for out of the Permanent Improvement Fund
of Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously
approved by the Court, that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to
draw voucher in the aTnount of $202.10, in favor of H. T. McBrayer, to be drawn on the Permanent
Improvement Fund in payment of the following volumes, to-wit:
Texas Edition South Western Reporter Volumes 1st Series: 112-115; 120-121; 142-143; 252-253;
281-282; 285-296; Texas Edition South Western Reporter 2nd Series: 13-16; 55-109; 253-258, in
43 volumes.

No. 6322. REJECTION OF GAN^~ AND FISH COMMISSION PROCLAMATION N0. 2.
This the 20th day of October, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the Court, Froclamation
No. 2 of the Texas Game and Fish Commission, covering Gillespie, Kerr and Mason Counties in re-
gard to hunting, fishing and trapping, as directed by House Bill 267, Regular Session 53rd Legis-
lature of the State of Texas. It appearing to the Court that said Proclamation should be rejected
in whole. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved
by the Court, that the herein referred to Proclamation No. 2, be rejected in whole and that the
County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to notify the Game and Fish Commission of this action.
