D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the fuel "I service contract required by the Lone Star Gas Co., to be executed by Kerr County. It appearing to the Court that said contract should be entered into by Kerr County, and that the proper per- son to execute same would be the County Judge. Therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, second- ed by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge be, and is hereby authorized to execute a service contract with the Lone Star Gas Co. to cover one years service, for heating the Court House. o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 6324. PUBLIC NOTICE FOR SALE OF SURPLUS LARTD BELONGING TC THE COUNPY. This the 20th day of October, 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the property belonging to Kerr County *,vhich was purchased from F. '~7. Nitt, located at the intersection of Highway 27 and Farm to Market 1338 (Goat Creek Road), as Hilly set out in a deed to the County, as shown of record in the office of the County Clerk. `Therefore, the Court is desirous of pub- lishing a notice for the sale of said land at public auction, •.vith the right to reject any and all bids. Said notice to be published at a date and time to comply with the law, and that L.h?. ^ Guthrie, should be appointed as Special Commissioner herein. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court that the proper notice be pub- lished as required by law at a time and place in accordance therewith. o-o-o-o-o-o-o The foregoing pages from 249 to 259 inclusive, were read in open Court and found to be correct, and are hereby approved in all respects this 10th day of November, A.
