This the 10th day of November, A. D. 1953, after motion having been duly made by Bartel,
seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer Three Thousand and None and 75/100 (3001.75)
Dollars from the Road and Bridge Fund to Kerrville-Ingram R. & B. R. W. Fd. Hwy. 27, to take
care of a deficit occuring therein, and to supplement same.

No. 6333. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY EXPENSE REPORT OF COUNTY CLERK.
This the 10th day of November, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
expense report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, Por the month of October, 1953, showing an
actual and necessary expenditure of X723.35 incurred by him in the conduct of his office during
said month, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be
approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved
by the Court for such expenditures therein.

report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all Pines imposed, 3udgments rendered and fury
fees collected in the County Clerk`s office of Kerr County Por the month ending October 31st,

County Treasurer, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should
