No. 6335. APPROVAL OF b20NTHLY REPORT OF FINES, JUDGMl3~]TS, d~ND JURY FEES COLLECTED IN JUSTICE
COURT, PRECINCT N0. 2.
This the 10th daq oP November, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 2, of Kerr County, Texas, covering
the month of October, A. D. 1953, of criminal cases Piled, witnesses, judgments and jury fees
collected, showing a sum of 44.90 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling
him to a Pee of X24.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct, an3
that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore, by motion
duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report
be approved, and that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be and are hereby directed to pay
the fee of X24.00 to Judge Pringle out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.

No. 6336. AppROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF FINES, JUDGMENTS AND JURY FEES COLLECTED IN JUSTICE
COURT, PRECINCT N0. 1.
This the 10th day of November, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
^ report of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 1, Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of October, 1953, of criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected,
showing a sum of X21.60, collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of X12.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and that said
officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore, by motion duly made by
Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be appm ved,
and that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to pay the fee of
X12.00 to Judge Storms out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.

No. 6337. AppROVAL OF SHERIFFS MONTHLY REPORT OF COLLECTIONS AND DEPOSITS.
This the 10th day of November, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
report of collections and deposits made by Oliver Moore, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, covering
all Pees and mileage fees collected by him in the performance oP his duties in said office for
the month of October, 1953, in amount of X152.75, and it appearing to the Court that the itemized
report of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be approved by
the Court; therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved
by the Court.

This the 10th day of November, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined bq the Court, the monthly
report of Mary Jo Garland, County Home Demonstration Agent of Kerr County, covering her services
for the month of October, A. D. 1953, and it appearing to the Court that said report should be
approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved
by the Court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.
