month oP October, 1953, of criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected,
showing a sum of X21.60, collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of $12.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and that said
officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore, by motion duly made by
Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be appm ved,

all fees and mileage Pees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for
the month of October, 1953, in amount of X152.75, and it appearing to the Court that the itemized
V report of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be approved by
the Court; therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved
by the Court.

precinct No. 1, showing an aggregate of X65.60 collected for the month of October, A. D. 1953,
and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and
that the City oP Kerrville should be billed Por one-half oP the deficit of X34.40, which would
be in the epiount of X17.20 due Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded
by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be approved and the County
Clerk be, and is hereby directed to bill the City of Kerrville for one-half of the deficit of
X34.40, being X17.20, to be deposited to the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
