This the 10th day of November, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the
monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher of Kerr County
precinct No. 1, showing an aggregate of X65.60 collected for the month of October, A. D. 1953,
and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and
that the City of Kerrville should be billed for one-half of the deficit of X34.40, which would
be in the amount of ~17.2C due Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded
by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be approved and the County
Clerk be, and is hereby directed to bill the City of Kerrville for one-half of the deficit of
,34.40, being X17.20, to be deposited to the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
