Court, a delinquent tax roll Yor the years 1919 to 1952, inclusive, ani the cost in preparing
same in the amount of X488.08. It appearing to the Court that such tax roll should be approved
and that the Tax Assessor and Collector should be reimbursed in the amount of X488.08, payable
out of the General Fund of Kerr County, by proper voucher drawn by the County Clerk and County
Treasurer thereon.

No. 6359. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 12th day oP November, A• D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County, since November 10th, A. D. 1953, against the General
Fund and Road and Bridge No. 4. It appearing to the Court that said claims are true and dust
and should be allowed out of the respective funds. Therefore, by motion duly made by Bartel,
seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, and the County Clerk be, and is
hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer on all claims filed 3n like amounts
therefor, payable out of the respective funds to the parties entitled thereto.

No. 6360. TRANSFER OF 1000.00 FROM ROAD AND BRIDGE TO F. M. 689.
This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1953, after motion having been duly made by Guthrie,
seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk end County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of X1000.00 from Road and Bridge Fund
to F. M. 689.

No. 6361. APPORTIONMENP OF X4800.00 FROM ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND.
This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1953, after motion having been duly made by Goff,
seconded bg Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be, and is
hereby directed to apportion the following amounts out of the Road and Bridge Fund to the res-
pective Commissioners} Precincts, to-~vit:
Road and Bridge No. 1...$1400.00
Road and Bridge No. 2...1000.00
Road and Bridge No. 3...~ 800.00
Road and Bridge No. 4...1600.00
~ The sum of200.00 being considered credited to Precinct No. 1, to apply on the payment of mach-
finery previously purchased and paid out of the General Road and Bridge Fund in the original
amount of X5200.00, thus leaving a balance of X4600.00 due to the Road and Bridge Fund by R. &
B. No. 1, as set out in Commissioners' Court Order No. 6280.
