REVOCATION OF ORDER N0. 6324 AND APPOINTMENT OF CARL F. SCHUPP, II, SPECIAL COMMISS- IONER ON PUBLIC AUCTION. Whereas, on October 20th, 1953, L. M. Guthrie, was appointed by this Court to publish a notice in compliance with the law for the sale of .87 of an acre of land belonging to Kerr County located at the intersection of Highway 27 and F. Ito. 1338, at a public auction for cash, and (Whereas, County Surveyor, Louis Domingues, has resurveyed the aforementioned p m perty and certifies that such tract consists of approximately .89 of an acre, wherein .08 of an acre lies under Pence of an adjoining property owner. Wherefore, the Court, after thorough consideration, is of the opinion that only .81 should be auctioned off, and that some disinterested resident citizen should be appointed Special Commissioner in place of L. M. Guthrie; and that Carl F. Schupp, II, has the qualifications neceas~jr~. in performing such public auction and that he shoulc be appointed to act in such capacity; that a new notice should be issued by Special Commissioner Schupp for a time and place for such sale, reserving the right to reject any and all bids on the .81 of an acre. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell, with Bartel not voting, and the vote having carried, it is so ordered that the notice issued under Commissioners' Court Order No. 6324 be revoked and that Carl F. Schupp, II, be appointed as Special Commissioner in the place of L. hI.
