This the 13th day of November, A• D. 1953, after motion having been duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Bartel, the vote having carried with Goff voting against the motion, that the pre- liminary blue print dated October 8th, 1953, be accepted as per corrections indicated thereon; that such architect should proceed with the revised blue print plans, pending title to lots 159 through 162, inclusive, in block 20, B. F. Cage Addition to Kerrville, subject to be notified ,.., by the County Judge by letter, to such eYYect when the acceptance of such title to the real estate involved is made final by the Commissioners' Court, then in such event, said architect shall proceed with such plans. o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 6367. REVOCATION OF ORDER NO. 6324 AND APPOINTMENT OF CARL F. SCHUPP, II, SPECIAL COMMISS- IONER ON PUBLIC AUCTION. Whereas, on October 20th, 1953, L. M. Guthrie, was appointed by this Court to publish a notice in compliance with the law for the sale of .87 of an acre of land belonging to Kerr County located at the intersection of Highway 27 and F. 2t4. 1338, at a public auction for cash, and (Whereas, County Surveyor, Louis Domingues, has resurveyed tha aforementioned p m perty and certifies that such tract consists of approximatelg .89 of an acre, wherein .08 of an acre lies under Yence of an adjoining property owner. Wherefore, the Court, after thorough consideration, is of the opinion that only .81 should be auctioned off, and that some disinterested resident citizen should be appointed Special Commissioner in place of L. M. Guthrie; and that Carl F. ~., Schupp, II, has the qualifications necessary in performing such public auction and that he shoulc be appointed to act in such capacity; that a new notice should be issued by Special Commissioner Schupp for a time and place for such sale, reserving the right to reject any and all bids on - the .81 of an acre. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell, with Bartel not voting, and the vote having carried, it is so ordered that the notice issued under Commissioners' Court Order No. 6324 be revoked and that Carl F. Schupp, II, be appointed as Special Commissioner in the place of L. IvI. Guthrie, and that he shall direct proper publication to be made on the sale of said .81 of an acre as resurveyed by Louis Domingues, County Surveyor, to be sold at public auction at the door oP the Court House to the highest bidder for cash, reserving, however the right to reject any and all bids, which notice shall be given in compliance with the law for the sale of public lands at public auction. o-o-o-o-o-o-o THE STATE OF TEXAS: THE COUNTY OF KERR: Be it remembered that there was begun and holden on the 5th day of ~` December, A.
