This the 14th day oP December, A, D. 1953, came on to be presented to the Court, an applioe- tion by Hugh B, Engelman for the acceptance by the Court of his resignation as Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 4, to become effective immediately, together with an application of Henry B, Engelman requesting an appointment in such capacity. It appearing to the Court that the petition Por resignation by Hugh E. Engelman should be accepted, and that said office should be declared vacant, and that the application of Henry H, Engelman for appointment should be accept- .-. ed,andhis Surety bond in the principal sum of $1000.00 should be approved.
