ly report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 2, of Kerr County, Texas, cover-
ing the month of November, 1953, of criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees
collected showing a sum of X44.90 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling
him to a fee of X24.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct, and
that said officer is entitled to his fees, and that same should be paid; therefore, by motion
duly made by Fowell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report
be approved, and that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be and are hereby directed to pay
the fee of X24.00 to Judge Pringle out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.

This the 14th day of December, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
report of collections and deposits made by Oliver Moore, Sheriff of Rerr County, Texas, covering
all fees end mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for
the month of November, 1953, in amount of $176.90, and it appearing to the Court that the item-
ized report of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be approv-
ed by the Court; therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously
approved by the Court.

covering the month of November, A. D. 1953, of criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and
jury fees collected showing a sum of X29,25, collected and deposited with the County Treasurer,
entitling him to a fee of X12.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and
correct, and that said officer is entitled to his Peas, and that same should be paid. Therefore,
by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that
said report be approved, and that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be, and are hereby direc-

him to a fee of X644.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and
that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore, by motion
duly made by Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report
be approved, and that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to pay
the Pee of X44.00 to Judge Storms out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
