report oP Guy Powell, County Agent of Kerr County, covering his services for the month of Novem-
ber, A. D. 1953, and it appearing to the Court that said report should be approved; therefore,
by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, and
ordered Piled by the County Clerk for future reference.

be approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously
approved by the Court for such expenditures therein.

Treasurer, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct end should be
approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

ly eapenae report of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector oP Kerr County, Teaas, for the
month oP November, 1953, showing an actual end necessary expense oP X800.20 incurred by him in
the conduct of his office during said month, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
true and correct, end such expenditures should be approved; therefore, by motion duly made by
Powell, seconded by Hertel, and unanimously approved by the Court for such expenditures indicste~
therein.

No. 6385. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF DEPOSITS AND COLLECTIONS OF ALBERT WILSON, PUBLIC
WEIGHER, PRECINCT NC. 1.
This the 14th day of December, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the month
ly report of deposits end collections of Albert Wilson, Public lleigher of Kerr County Precinct
No. 1, showing an aggregate oP X102.77 collected Por the month of November, A. D. 1953, and it
appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and that the
City of Kerrville should be reimbursed for one-half of the over-collection oP X2.77, which
would be in the amount of X1.38 due the City of Kerrville. Therefore, by motion duly made by
Powell, seconded by Hertel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be approved
and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to reimburse the City of Kerrville for one-half
of the over-collection of X2.77, being X1.38 to be drawn on the General Fund oP Kerr County,
Texea.
