report of Guy Powell, County Agent of Kerr County, covering his services for the month oP Novem-
ber, A. D. 1953, and it appearing to the Court that said report should be approved; therefore,
by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, and
ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.

This the 14th day of December, A, D, 1953, came on to be examined by the Court, the month-
ly report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all Pines imposed, 3udgnents rendered and fury
Pees collected in the County Clerk's office of Kerr County for the month ending November 30th,
1953, in the amount of $205.00, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County
Treasurer, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be
approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

This the 14th day of December, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the Court, the month-
ly eapenae report of E, H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector oP Kerr County, Texas, for the
month of November, 1953, showing an actual and necessary expense of X800.20 incurred by him in
the conduct oP hie office during said month, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
true and correct, end such expenditures should be approved; therefore, by motion duly made by
Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court Por such expenditures indicste~
therein.

No. 6385. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF DEPOSITS AND COLLECTIONS OF ALBERT WILSON, PUBLIC
WEIGHER, PRECINCT N0. 1.
This the 14th day of December, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the month
ly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public ~~eigher of Kerr County Precinct
No. 1, showing an aggregate oP $102.77 collected for the month of November, A. D. 1953, end it
appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and that the
City of Kerrville should be reimbursed for one-half oP the over-collection oP X2.77, which
would be in the amount of X1.38 due the City oP Kerrville. Therefore, by motion duly made by
Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be approved
and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to reimburse the City of Kerrville for one-half
of the over-collection oP X2.77, being X1.38 to be drawn on the Gensral Fund of Kerr County,
Texas.
