by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, and
ordered Piled by the County Clerk for future reference.

1953, in the amount oP X205.00, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County
Treasurer, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be
approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court and ordered Piled by the County Clerk.

month oP November, 1953, showing an actual and necessary expense of X800.20 incurred by him in
the conduct oP hie office during said month, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
true and correct, end such expenditures should be approved; therefore, by motion duly made by
Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court for such expenditures indicste~
therein.

No. 6385. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF DEPOSITS AND COLLECTIONS OF ALBERT WILSON, PUBLIC
WEIGHER, PRECINCT NO. 1.
This the 14th day oP December, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the month
ly report oP deposits end collections oP Albert Wilson, Public Weigher of Kerr County Precinct
No. 1, showing an aggregate oP X102.77 collected Por the month of November, A. D. 1953, and it
appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and that the
City of Kerrville should be reimbursed for one-half of the over-collection oP X2.77, which
would be in the amount oP 9x1.38 due the City oP Kerrville. Therefore, by motion duly made by
Powell, seconded by Eartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report he approved
and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to reimburse the City oP Kerrville Por one-half
oP the over-collection oP 92.77, being 91.38 to be drawn on the General Fund of Kerr County,
Texas.
