report oP Guy Powell, County Agent of Kerr County, covering his services for the month of Novem-
ber, A. D. 1953, and it appearing to the Court that said report should be approved; therefore,
by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, and
ordered Piled by the County Clerk for future reference.

during said month, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should
be approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously
approved by the Court for such expenditures therein.

1953, in the amount of X205.00, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County
Treasurer, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be
approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court and ordered Piled by the County Clerk.

WEIGHER, PRECINCT N0. 1.
This the 14th day of December, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the month
ly report of deposits end collections of Albert Wilson, Public ~'~eigher of Kerr County Precinct
No. 1, showing an aggregate oP ~102.~~ collected for the month of November, A. D. 1953, and it
appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and that the
City of Kerrville should be reimbursed for one-half of the over-collection oP ~2.~'], which
would be in the amount of X1.38 due the City of Kerrville. Therefore, by motion duly made by
Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be approved
