This the 14th day of December, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the month-
ly report of deposits end collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher of Kerr County Precinct
No. 1, showing an aggregate oP X102.77 collected for the month oP November, A. D. 1953, and it
appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and that the
City of Kerrville should be reimbursed for one-half of the over-collection oP X2.77, which
would be in the amount of X1.38 due the City of Kerrville. Therefore, by motion duly made by
Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said report be approved
and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to reimburse the City of Kerrville for one-half
oP the over-collection of X2.77, being X1.38 to be drawn on the General Fund oP Kerr County,
Texas.

No. 6388. APPROVAL OF APPLICATION FOR FIVE SPECIAL POLL TAX DEPUTIES HY TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLEC-
TOR.
This the 14th day oP December, A. D. 1953, came on to be presented to the Court, an epplica-
tion by E. H. Nichols, Taz Assessor and Collector oP Kerr County, Tezas, Por Pive special poll
tax deputies to assist in issuing poll tea receipts throughout Kerr County, it appearing to the
Court that the special deputies applied Por are willing to perform such duties without any cost
to Kerr County and that said officer should be allowed to make said appointments and that this
Court should enter a confirmation for same; therefore, by motion duly made by Hertel, seconded
by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed
that the application for appointment oP Pive deputies by said Taz Assessor and Collector be con-
firmed and approved.
