D. 1953, came on to be heard the Application oP Glen and Marcia Jane Irvin and fourteen others, freeholders of Precinct No. Four (4), for a new Road be- ginning at a point about eight miles north 75 degrees west of the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, situated in the southwest right of way line of Texas State Highway No. 27, and being at the north or northeast corner oP a certain seven acre tract of land owned by J, M. Mattingly, :.-. as shown by a warranty deed recorded in Vol. 84 at page 460 of the deed records of Kerr County, Texas;- the said beginning point being further indicated and described in the above mentioned application Piled in the Commissioners' Court oP Kerr County, Texas,- and the hereinafter men- tioned terminal point of such road being also more specifically described in the said applica- tion, and terminating at a point fifty Peet north 25 degrees west oP a new pole for an electric utility line near the residence oP the said Glen Irvin and the said Marcia Jane Irvin,-- all as set out in the said application, and it appearing to the Court that notice oP said Application has been given, sa required by law; Therefore, by motion duly made by GoPP, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is so Ordered by the Court, that Glen Irvin, J.
