GRANTING FETITION FOR SECOND CLP.SS ROAD FOR MARCIA IRVIN, ET AL, AND APPOINTMENT OF JURY OF VIEW. On the 15th day of December A. D. 1953, came on to be heard the Application of Clan end Marcia Jane Irvin and fourteen others, freeholders oP Precinct No, Four (4), for a new Road be- ginning at a point about eight miles north 75 degrees west of the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, situated in the southwest right oP way line of Texas State Highway No. 27, and being at the north or northeast corner oP a certain seven acre tract of land owned by J. M. Mattingly, .-. as shown by a warranty deed recorded in Vol. 84 at page 460 of the deed records of Kerr County, Texas;- the said beginning point being further indicated and described in the above mentioned application filed in the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas,- and the hereinafter men- tioned terminal point oP such road being also more specifically described in the said applica- tion, end terminating at a point fifty Peet north 25 degrees west of a new pole for an electric utility line near the residence of the said Glen Irvin and the said Marcia Jane Irvin,-- all as set out in the said application, and it appearing to the Court that notice of said Application has been given, as required by law; Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is so Ordered by the Court, that Glen Irvin, J, M. Mattingly, Dan Lee, George Yarbrough, and Fred Beaver, Pive freeholders oP said County, be and are hereby appointed a Jury of View, a majority oP whom me y, after taking the prescribed oath before a properly authorized person, proceed to assess damages, if any are claimed, and with the County Surveyor, to lay out, survey and describe such Road to the greatest advantage to the public, so that the same can be '^ ! traced with certainty; and the field notes of such survey or description oP the Road, together with a statement of the damages assessed, if any, shall be included in the report oP the Jury, and if adopted, shall be recorded in the Minutes of the Commissioners' Court. And it is further ordered, that the said Jury make a report in this cause at the next regular meeting of this Court
