Gillis, et el, to discontinue a portion of the old Hunt-Leakey road which passes across property herein- after described; and the Court after a Pull investigation of the proposed change, finds that the portion of the road requested to be abandoned has in Pact been abandoned Por some period of years end that Highway #39 replaces such road end that no portion of the road to be abandoned passes over and across Highway #39 and that the public interests will be better served by abandoning by Goff, by Hertel, such road, and upon motion duly made/and seconded/and by unanimous consent of all the Commis- sioners elected it was agreed that such portion of the old Hunt-Leakey road should be abandoned.
