2t~~ No. 6394. PETITION OF C. E. GILLIS, ET AL, FOR ABANDONMENT AND ORDER CLOSING ROAD. On Lhis, the 15th day of December, 1953, came on to be heard the petition oP C. E. Gillis, et al, to discontinue a portion of the old Hunt-Leakey road which passes across property herein- after described; and the Court after a full investigation of the proposed change, finds that the portion of the road requested to be abandoned has in fact been abandoned for some period of years end that Highway #39 replaces such road and that no portion of the road to be abandoned passes over end across Highway #39 and that the public interests will be better served by abandoning by GoPP, by Bartel, such road, and upon motion duly made/and seconded/and by unanimous consent of all the Commis- sinners elected it was agreed that such portion oP the old Hunt-Leakey road should be abandoned.
