D. 1953, and it appearing to the Court that such expenditures should be approved. PAYMENT OF X1200.00 TO SID PETERSON MEMORIAL H05PITAL ON INDIG~"NT PATIENTS. This the 15th day of December, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the claim filed by Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital against Kerr County for indigent patients. It appearing to the Court that Kerr County should authorize the payment of X1200.00, payable out ^, oP the General Fund of Kerr County, as a pro-rate payment thereof. Therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court that $1200.00 should be paid to Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital for indigent patients, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer be, and ere hereby directed to draw vouoher in said amount in favor of said hospital to be drawn on the General Fund of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 6400. AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE AND SELL VARIOUS BONDS TO THE BENEFIT OF KERR COUN'PY PERMA- NENT IMPROVEMhNT FUND. This the 15th day oP December, A. D. 1953, after motion having been duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that Ex-Offic ion County Superintendent be, and is hereby authorized and directed to sell to Rauscher, Pierce & Company, the following bonds, to-wit: 2,000 Kimble County, Texas, Road ~ Bridge Refunding 5~ Bonds due 1-1-54 at a price of X1,000 for each X1,000 Bond plus accrued interest to 1-1-54; .- X4,000 Tyler County, Texas, 5~ Road & Bridge Bonds, X3,000 due 3-1-56, X1,000 due 3-1-57, at a price of X1054.50 for each X1,000 Bond, plus accrued interest to date oP delivery to them. Said officer is further authorized end directed to reinvest and purchase from Rauscher, Pierce & Company, the following bonds, to-wit: $2,000 Brownsville, Taxes, Independent School District 3,~ Bonds due 2-1-70, at $977.50 Por each X1,000 Bond, plus accrued interest to date of delivery.
