Por the years 1947 and 1948 oP errors in assessment; and supplement to Form No. 18 for the years
~^ 1948 and 1952 on reports of lands and town lots assessed Por said years. It appearing to the
I Court that the aforementioned supplemental reports were prepared to comply with State Audit
#4776, #6063, and #5016, and that said reports are sworn to by said collector as being true and
correct end should be approved by the Court. Therefore, by motion duly made by Bartel, seconded
by Coff, and unanimously approved by the Court, as properly executed by the members of said
Court as indicated thereon.

No. 6387. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY EKPENSE REPORT OF COUNTY JUDGE.
This the 15th day of December, A, D. 1953, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
report of Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge oP Kerr County, Texas, for the month of November, A, D.
1953, showing an actual and necessary expense of X83.33 incurred by him in the conduct of the

Office of the County Superintendent and County Judge, for the month of November, A. D. 1953, and
it appearing to the Court that such expenditures should be approved. Therefore, by motion duly
made by Goff, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court for such expenditures
therein.

No. 6398. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 15th day of December, A, D, 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the chime
and accounts filed against Kerr County since December 14th, A. D. 1953, against the General
Fund. It appearing to the Court that said claims are true and dust and should be allowed.
Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the
Court, that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County
Treasurer on all claims Piled in like amounts therefor, payable out of the General Fund to the
parties entitled thereto.

No. 6399. PAYMENT OF X1200,00 TO SID PETERSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL ON INDIGENT PATIENTS.
This the 15th day of December, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court, the
claim Piled by Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital against Kerr County for indigent patients. It
appearing to the Court that Kerr County should authorize the payment of X1200.00, payable out
^, of the General Fund of Kerr County, as a pro-rata payment thereof. Thereto re, by motion duly
made by Powell, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court that X1200.00 should be
paid to Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital Por indigent patients, and the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to draw w ucher in said amount in favor of said hospital
to be drawn on the General Fund of Kerr County.

No. 6400. AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE AND SELL VARIOUS BONDS TO THE BENEFIT OF KERR COUNTY PERMA-
NENT IMPROV~dENT FUND.
This the 15th day of December, A, D, 1953, after motion having bean duly made by Goff,
seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that Ex-Offic ion County Superintendent
be, and is hereby authorized end directed to sell to Rauscher, Pierce & Company, the following
bonds, to-wit:
X2,000 Kimble County, Texas, Road ~ Bridge Refunding 5~ Bonds due 1-1-54 at a price of X1,000
for each X1,000 Bond plus accrued interest to 1-1-54;
.- X4,000 Tyler County, Texas, 5~ Road & Bridge Bonds, $3,000 due 3-1-56, X1,000 due 3-1-57, at a
price of $1054.50 Por each X1,000 Fond, plus accrued interest to date of delivery to them.
Said officer is further authorized and directed to reinvest and purchase Prom Rauscher,
Pierce & Company, the following bonds, to-wit:
$2,000 Brownsville, Texas, Independent School District 3",~ Bonds due 2-1-70, at X977,50 for each
X1,000 Bond, plus accrued interest to date oP delivery.
