Nurse, and Mary Jo Garland, County Home Demonstration Agent, on December 18th, 1953, in order
that said employees may observe the remainder of December, through January 3rd, 1954, as holidays.

seconded by Powell, end unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be and is here-
by directed to publish once each week Por two (2) consecutive weeks and at least fourteen (14)
days prior to such date of purchase, which date of purchase will be January 12th, 1954, at
10:00 o'clock A. M,, for one new two ton chassis truck with two speed rear end with and without
dump bed, with an allowance of a trade in of one 1947 two ton Chevrolet truck with and without
four yard dump bed to the benefit of Kerr County Commissioner, Precinct No. 4.

This the 15th day of December, A. D. 1953, after motion having been duly made by Guthrie,
seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be, and is here-
by directed to apportion the following amounts out of the Road and Bridge Fund to the respective
Commissioners' Precincts, to-wit:
Road and bridge No. 1.....1400.00
Road and Bridge No. 2.....1000.00
Road and Bridge No. 3.....~ 800.00
Road and Bridge No, 4...,.$1600.00
The sum of X200.00 being considered credited to Precinct No. 1, to apply on the payment of
machinery previously purchased and paid out oP the General Road end Hridge Fund in the original
amount of X5200.00, thus leaving a balance of X4400.00 due to the Road and Bridge Fund by Road
and Bridge No. 1, as set out in Commissioners' Court Order No. 6280.
