No. 6405. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 29th day of December, A. D. 1953, cams on to be considered by the Court, the claim;
and accounts Piled against Kerr Gounty, since December 14th, A. D. 1953, against the General Func
Road and Bridge No. 1, and the Lateral Road and Bridge No. 3. It appearing to the Court that
said claims are true and dust and should be allowed out of the respective Punda. Therefore, by
motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, the vote having carried, es Commissioner Powell
was absent Prom the room, that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers
against the County Treasurer on all claims Piled in like amounts therefor, payable out of the
respective funds to the parties entitled thereto.

No. 6406. TRANSFERS.
This the 29th day oP December, A. D. 1953, after motion having been duly made by Guthrie,
second ed. by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum oP X1000.00 Prom F. M. & Lateral Road
Fund to R. & B. R. W. Fd, F. M. 689, to take care oY a pro rata deficit and Por additional
operating expenses; transfer the sum of X3199.00 from Road and Bridge Fund to Kerr County Perma-
nent Impronement Sinking Fund; transfer the sum of X5519.67 from General Fund to Kerr County
Permanent Improvement Sinking Fund; and transfer the sum oP X4788.18 from the Kerr County Perma-
nent Improvement Fund to Kerr County Permanent Improvement Sinking Fund, by proper transfers,
and by disbursement warrants drawn on the County Treasury oP the respective funds on the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, Uninc., to reimburse the Kerr County Permanent Improvement Sinking Fund for the
1953 County Ad Valorem tax, when taken in connection with the Agricultural Livestock Exhibition
Building.

No. 6407. COURTHOUSE CLOSED DURING FUNERAL OF CHARLES V. PETERSON.
This the 29th day oP December, A. D. 1953, attar motion having been duly made by Bartel,
seconded by Powell, the vote carried with GoPP absent from the room, that the offices in the
Court House are to close between the hours of 3:00 c'clock P. M., and 4:00 o'clock P. M., on
even date herewith, in respect and during the funeral oP Charles V. Peterson, Deceased.
