M. 689, to take care oY a pro rata deficit and Por additional operating expenses; transfer the sum of X3199.00 from Road and Bridge Fund to Kerr County Perma- nent Impronement Sinking Fund; transfer the sum of X5519.67 from General Fund to Kerr County Permanent Improvement Sinking Fund; and transfer the sum oP X4788.18 from the Kerr County Perma- nent Improvement Fund to Kerr County Permanent Improvement Sinking Fund, by proper transfers, and by disbursement warrants drawn on the County Treasury oP the respective funds on the Chas.
