M, 689, to take care oP a pro rata deficit and for additional operating expenses; transfer the sum oP X3199.00 from Road and Bridge Fund to Kerr County Perma- nent Improvement Sinking Fund; transfer the sum oP X5519.67 from General Fund to Kerr County Permanent Improvement Sinking Fund; and transfer the sum of X4788.18 Prom the Kerr County Perma- nent Improvement Fund to Kerr County Permanent Improvement Sinking Fund, by proper transfers, and by disbursement warrants drawn on the County Treasury oP the respective funds on the Chas.
