D. 1953, against the General Funi Road and Bridge No. 1, and the Lateral Road and Bridge No. 3• It appearing to the Court that said claims are true and lust and should be allowed out of the respective funds. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, the vote having carried, ea Commissioner Powell was absent from the room, that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer on all claims Piled in like amounts therefor, payable out of the respective funds to the parties entitled thereto. o-o-o-o-o-o-o ,,.~ No. 6406. M. & Lateral Road Fund to R, & B. R. W. Fd. F. M, 689, to take care of a pro rata deficit and for additional operating expenses; transfer the sum of X3199.00 from Road and Bridge Fund to Kerr County Perma- nent Improvement Sinking Fund; transfer the sum of X5519.67 Prom General Fund to Kerr County Permanent Improvement Sinking Fund; and transfer the sum of $4788.18 from the Kerr County Perma- nent Improvement Fund to Kerr County Permanent Improvement Sinking Fund, by proper transfers, and by disbursement warrants drawn on the County Treasury of the respective funds on the Chas. Schreiner Bank, Uninc., to reimburse the Kerr County Permanent Improvement Sinking Fund for the 1953 County Ad Valorem tax, when taken in connection with the Agricultural Livestock EXhibition Building. o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 6407.
