No. 6422. FIXING SALARY OF COUNTY HEALTH NURSE.
This the 12th day oP January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the Pix-
ing of the salary and traveling expense of Alma Scholes, County Health Nurse, and it appearing
to the Court that the salary should be fixed at X3000.00 per annum and the traveling expense
should be fixed at X500.00 per annum; therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by
Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the salary oP Alma Scholes, County Health
Nurse of Kerr County, be fixed at ~v3000.00 per annum, payable x$250.00 at the expiration of each
month, and that the traveling expense be fixed at X500.00 per annum, payable X41.66 monthly,
both beginning January 31st, 1954, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer be and u.e hereby
directed to draw vouchers against the General Fund, payable to NIrs. Scholes, in like amounts.

No. 6423. FIXING SALARY OF ASSISTANT TO THE COUNTY JUDGE.
This the 12th day oP January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court the salary
of Agnes MacDonald, Assistant to the County Judge for the ensuing year oP 1954, and it appear-
ing to the Court that said assistant should receive Prom Kerr County the salary of X900.00 per
annum, payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, ^^
seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said salary be fixed at X900.00
per annum, payable in monthly installments of ffi75.00 a month beginning January 31st, 1954, and
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in said
amount payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County.

It appearing to the Court that such salary should be fixed at X2400,00 per annum payable in
semi-monthly installments of X100.00 each. Therefore, by motion duly made by Bartel, seconded
by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the salary for Irvin Parks should be
fixed at x"2400.00 per annum, payable in semi-monthly installments of X100,00 each, beginning
January 15th, 1954, and on the 1st and 15th of each month thereafter, against the General Fund
of Kerr County, by proper voucher drawn on the County Treasurer.

No. 6425. FIXING SALARY OF ROSS DOUGHTY, DISTRICT JUDGE, AS JUVENILE OFFICER.
This the 12th day oP January, A. D. 1953 came on to be considered by the Court, the salary
oP District Judge Ross E. Doughty, as Juvenile Officer of Kerr County, end it appearing to the
Court that said officer is entitled to X300.00 per annum and that said salary should be fixed
for that amount. Therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and unanimously
approved by the Court, that the salary of Juvenile Officer Ross E. Doughty, be fixed at $300.00
per annum payable $25.00 each month, beginning January 31st, 1954, and that the County Clerk be,
and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in said monthly payment,
payable to said Ross E. Doughty out of the General Fund oP Kerr County.
