No. 6422. FIXING SALARY OF COUNTY HEALTH NURSE.
This the 12th dap of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the fix-
ing of the salary and traveling expense of Alma Scholes, County Health Nurse, and it appearing
to the Court that the salary should be fixed at X3000.00 per annum and the traveling expense
should be fixed at X500.00 par annum; therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by
Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the salary of Alma Scholes, County Health
Nurse of Kerr County, be fixed at ~v3000.00 per annum, payable $250.00 at the expiration oP each
month, and that the traveling expense be fixed at X500.00 per annum, payable X41.66 monthly,
both beginning January 31st, 1954, and the County clerk and County Treasurer be and a.;a hereby
directed to drew vouchers against the General Fund, payable to hirs. Scholes, in like amounts.

No. 6423. FIxING SALARY OF ASSISTANT TO THE COUNTY NDGE.
This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court the salary
oP Agnes MacDonald, Assistant to the County Judge for the ensuing year of 1954, and it appeer-
ing to the Court that said assistant should receive Prom Kerr County the salary of X900.00 per
annum, payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, ^
seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said salary be fixed at X900.00
per annum, payable in monthly installments of X75.00 a month beginning January 31st, 1954, and
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in said
amount payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County.

It appearing to the Court that such salary should he fixed at X2400.00 per annum payable in
semi-monthly installments of X100.00 each. Therefore, by motion duly made by Bartel, seconded
by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the salary for Irvin Parks should be
fixed et X2400.00 per annum, payable in semi-monthly installments of $100.00 each, beginning
January 15th, 1954, and on the 1st and 15th of each month thereafter, against the General Fund
oP Kerr County, by proper voucher drawn on the County Treasurer.

No. 6425. FIXING SALARY OF ROSS DOUGHTY, DISTRICT JUDGE, AS JUVENILE OFFICER.
This the 12th day of January, A. D. 195' came on to be considered by the Court, the salary
oP District Judge Ross E. Doughty, as Juvenile Officer of Kerr County, and it appearing to the
Court that said officer is entitled to X300.00 per annum and that said salary should be fixed
for that amount. Therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, end unanimously
approved by the Court, that the salary of Juvenile Officer Ross E. Doughty, be fixed at X300.00
per annum payable X25.00 each month, beginning January 31st, 1954, and that the County Clerk be,
and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in said monthly payment,
payable to said Ross E. Doughty out oP the General Fund of Kerr County.

This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the con- --
fizmation of the fixed salary of A. H. Sams, Jr. Court Reporter of Kerr County, for the ensuing
year 1954, and it appearing to the Court that said salary is fixed by the District Judge and
that same should be confirmed by this Court in the amount of w834.63 per annum; therefore, by
motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the

salary of A. H. Sams, Jr., Court Reporter of Kerr County be confirmed at X834.63 per annum pay-
able X69.55 monthly, beginning January 31st, 1954. The County Clerk be and is hereby directed
to draw proper vouchers against the County Treasurer in said monthly amounts payable to said
reporter out of the Jury Fund of Kerr County, Texas.

No. 6427. FIXING SALARY OF CLELLA DOYLE, DISTRICT CLERK.
This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court the salary

has been retaining approximately X1600.00 per annum as fees of said office and that the previous
salary granted has been °960.00 per annum and that said amount should be re-granted; therefore,
by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that
the salary of Clella Doyle, District Clerk, be fixed at X960.00 per ennua, payable in monthly
installments of v~80.00 each, the first payment to be~3in on January 31st, 1954, and the County
Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers on the County Treasurer in said monthly pay-
ments, payable to said officer out of the General Fund of Kerr County.

This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the fixing
