FIXING SALARY OF CITY-COUNTY SANITARIAN. This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the fixing of the salary of Virgil V. Parsons, City-County Sanitarian of Kerr County, Texas, and it appear- ing to the Court that said officer is compensated by the City of Kerrville and Kerr County jointly, and that Rerr County has heretofore granted a salary of :~180U.00 per annum for its pro rata part, together with '300.00 per annum for traveling expense and an additional X300.00 for traveling expense providing said officer made proper affidavit as to the mileage driven, at the rate of 5~ per mile, other~ise for the exact mileage at said rate. In the opinion oP the Court, said officer should be re-granted said amount oP salary and traveling allowance.
