No. 6427. FIXING SALARY OF CLELLA DOYLE, DISTRICT CLNRK.
This the 12th day oP January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court the salary
oP Clells Doyle, District Clerk, of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that said officer
has been retaining approximately v~1600.00 per annum as fees of said office and that the previous
salary granted has been °~96o.oG per annum and that said amount should be re-granted; therefore,
by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, end unanimously approved by the Court, that
the salary of Clells Doyle, District Clerk, be fixed at x`960.00 per annum, payable in monthly
installments of X80.00 each, the first payment to begin on January 31st, 1954, and the County
Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers on the County Treasurer in said monthly pay-
ments, payable to said officer out oP the General Fund of Kerr County.

No. 6428. FIXING SALARY OF CITY-COUNTY SANITARIAN.
This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the fixing
of the salary of Virgil V. Parsons, City-County Sanitarian of Kerr County, Texas, and it appear-
ing to the Court that said officer is compensated by the City of Kerrville and Kerr County
jointly, and that Rerr County has heretofore granted a salary of :~180U.00 per annum for its pro
rata part, together with '300.00 per annum for traveling expense and an additional X300.00 for
traveling expense providing said officer made proper affidavit as to the mileage driven, at the
rate of 5~ per mile, other~ise for the exact mileage at said rate. In the opinion oP the Court,
said officer should be re-granted said amount oP salary and traveling allowance.
Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by
the Court, that the salary oP Virgil V, Parsons, City-County Sanitarian, he fixed ut ;,1800.00
per annum, payablew150.00 a month beginning January 31st, 1954 and that X300.00 per annum be
granted as traveling expense paysble ~''-25.OC each month beginning January 31st, 1954, and an

mance of his duty as Sanitarian, and payable to said officer out oP the General Fund oP Kerr
County.

This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court the salary
of Oliver Moore, Sheriff of Kerr County, for the ensuing year 1954, and it appearing to the
Court that the salary for said officer should be X3600.00 per annum, payable in monthly install-
ments. Therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved
by the Court that the salary of Sheriff Cliver b'~oore, be fixed at X3600,00 per annum, payable
X300.00 a month beginning January 31st, 1954 to he drawn on the General Fund of Kerr County by
proper voucher issued by the County Clerk on the County Treasurer oP Kerr Gounty.
