Parsons, City-County Sanitarian of Kerr County, Texas, and it appear- ing to the Court that said officer is compensated by the City of Kerrville and Herr County jointly, and that Kerr County has heretofore granted a salary of X1800.00 per annum for its pro 4=- rata part, together with X300,00 per annum for traveling expense and an additional vY300.00 for traveling expense providing said officer made proper affidavit as to the mileage driven, at the Z r rate of 5~ per mile, otherwise for the exact mileage at said rate.
