No. 6427. FIXING SALARY OF CLELLA DOYLE, DISTRICT CLERK.
This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court the salary
oP Clella Doyle, District Clerk, of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that said officer
has been retaining approximately X1600,00 per annum as fees of said office and that the previous
salary granted has been X960.00 per annum and that said amount should be re-granted; therefore,
by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that
the salary of Clella Doyle, District Clerk, be fixed at x`960.00 per annum, payable in monthly
installments of $80,00 each, the first payment to begin on January 31st, 1954, and the County
Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers on the County Treasurer in said monthly pay-
ments, payable to said officer out of the General Fund of Kerr County.

No. 6428, FIXING SALARY OF CITY-COUNTY SANITARIAN.
This the 12th day of January, A.. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the fixing
oP the salary of Virgil V. Parsons, City-County Sanitarian of Kerr County, Texas, and it appear-
ing to the Court that said officer is compensated by the City of Kerrville and Kerr County
jointly, and that Kerr County has heretofore granted a salary of :~1800.U0 per annum for its pro

rata part, together with X300,00 per annum for traveling expense and an additional X300.00 for
traveling expense providing said officer made proper affidavit as to the mileage driven, at the

rate of 5~ per mile, other~ise Por the exact mileage at said rate. In the opinion of the Court,
said officer should be re-granted said amount of salary and traveling allowance.
Therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by
the Court, that the salary oP Virgil V. Parsons, City-County Sanitarian, be fixed st :x:1800.00
per annum, payable X150.00 a month beginning January 31st, 1954 and that ~s300.0U per annum be
granted as traveling expense payable ~s25.00 each month beginning January 31st, 1954, and an

mance of his duty as Sanitarian, and payable to said officer out of the General Fund of Kerr
County.

This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court the salary
of Oliver Moore, Sheriff oP Kerr County, for the ensuing year 1954, end it appearing to the
Court that the salary Por said officer should be X3600,00 per annum, payable in monthly install-
ments. Therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved
by the Court that the salary of Sheriff Gliver Moore, be fixed at :3600,00 per annum, payable
X300.00 a month beginning January 31st, 1954 to tie drawn on tree General Fund of Kerr County by
proper voucher issued by the County Clerk on the County Treasurer of Kerr County.
