ly approved by the Court, that the salary of Chas. A, Rodgers, Deputy Sheriff, be fixed at

of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct Tdo. 1, Karr County, Texas. It appearing to
the Court that said officer is entitled to a salary and that he should be entitled to the fees

duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the salary
