of the salary of Harry Bickers, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court
that the salary of said deputy should be fixed at ~210G.00 per annum; therefore, by motion duly
made by Bartel, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the salary of
Harry Bicicer~e fixed at X2100.00 per annum payable at the end of each month, beginning January
31st, 1954, and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to issue proper voucher on the
County Treasurer in the sum oP ~p175.00 payable to said deputy at the end of each month, out of

ing to the Ccurt that said Deputy's salary should be fixed at ,''2100.00 per annum, for the en-
suing year 1954. Therefore, by moticn duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court, that the salary of Chas. A. Rodgers, Deputy Sheriff, be fixed at

of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct P1o. 1, Kerr County, Texas. It appearing to
the Court that said officer is entitled to a salary and that he should be entitled to the Pees
oP said office, and that ~600.G0 should be a sufficient salary per annum. 'Therefore, by motion
duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the salary
of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 1, he fixed at X600.00 per annum, for the
ensuing year, 1954, Payable in monthly installments of X50.00 each, beginning January 31st,
1954. The County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer
in like installments of X50.00 each, payable to said officer out of the General Fund of Kerr
County, and that he be authorized to retain fees of his office, not to exceed the maximus:
