Court $300.00 should be granted. Therefore, by motion duly made by Partel, seconded by Goff,
and unanimously approved by the Court, that the salary of Henry P. Engelman, Justice of the
Peace Precinct No. 4, Kerr County, Texas, be fixed at X300.00 per annum, payable to said officer
in installments of 25.00 each, beginning January 31st, 1954. The County Clerk be and is hereby
directed to drew voucher against the County Treasurer for said amount, payable out of the Gen-

of the salary of Roy A. Green, Constable Precinct No. 2, Kerr County, Texas. It appearing to
the Court that said Officer should he allowed some compensation for the ensuing year 1954, and

of the salary of James E. P7ugent, County Attorney, and it appearing to the Court that said off-
icer is entitled to receive fees and commissions in the County and Justice Courts, and that his
salary should be fixed at x`900.00 per annum; therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded
by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the salary of James E. Nugent, County
Attorney, be fixed at X900.00 per annum, payable in installments of w75.00 per month, beginning
January 31st, 1954, and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the
County Treasurer in said monthly amount payable to said officer out of the General Fund oP Kerr
