This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be examined the monthly report oP
~ collections and deposits made by Oliver b;oore, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, covering all fees
end mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the month
of December, 1953, in amount oP X163.45, and it appearing to the Court that the itemized report
of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be approved by the
Court; therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved
by the Court.

No. 8452. APPROVAL OF b?ONTHLY REPORT OF FINES, JUDGMENTS, AND JURY FEES COLLECTED EY COUNTY
CLERK FOR THE MONTH ENDING DnCEtviEER 31ST, 1953.
This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and jury
fees collected in the County Clerk's office of Kerr County for the month ending December 31st,
1953, in the amount of ~v280.60, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County
Treasurer, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be
approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

No. 6453. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY EXPENSE REPORT OF COUNTY CLERK.
This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
expense report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, for the month of December, 1953, showing an
actual and necessary expenditure of ;$664.55 incurred by him in the conduct of his office during
said month, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be
approved; therefore, by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court for such expenditures therein.

This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be examined by the Gourt, the monthly
,-, report of Alma Scholes, County Health Nurse of Kerr Ccunty, covering her services for the month
of December, 1953, and it appearing to the Court that said report should be approved; therefore,
by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Povrell, and unanimously approved by the Court, and
ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.

No. 6455. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY EXPENSE REPORT CF `PAX ASSESSOR FND COLLECTOR.
This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1954, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
expense report of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for the
month of December, 1953, showing an actual and necessary expense of $1054.59 incurred by him in
the conduct of his office during said month, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
true and correct, and such expenditures should be approved; therefore, by motion d~.ily made by
Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court for such expenditures indica-
ted therein.
